During winter season (nov 1-march 30) our house is for rent for 1500 euros per month (min. 3 months) excl. energy/gas/wood (=approx 400 euro per month).    

2 -3 months -10% and >3 months  15% reduction.   1 week 1300 euro (incl. energy), 2 weeks 2300 euro (incl. energy); max 4 persons

 

From end of November, December, January and February, snowchaines, wintertyres are mostly needed in case of snow..... (preferably in combination with a 4 wheel drive, when conditions are extreme).

 

Please contact us if you want to rent the house outside of the normal rentalseason (winter: from nov 1- april1).

Extra's:

 

* Cleaning-costs + linens:  2 persons: 65 euro  /  3-4 persons: 75 euro  /  5-6 persons: 85 euro.     These costs will not be charged if you clean the house (and make up the beds) after the rental period.  Children up until 6 years are not calculated.

* Extra cleaning during the rental period: 75 euros for 4 hours
 

* Cats and dogs: 6 euro per animal per day (max. 2 animals; more animals please check)

 

* Prices are incl. gas, water, electricity, taxes and services (free wifi, TV etc.).

 

* Price per night calculated at ratio: please contact us for info and rates, if you are interested in a short stay.

Check out is saturday or sunday morning, before 11.00 o´ clock 

Check in is saturday or sunday afternoon, after 16.00 o´ clock  (4 pm)
